How do we deal with it? We just do. We/me/I/us, we find a way to try to juggle it. It isn't easy and we too get uncomfortable when different friends of different alters meet each other because one knows one part of us that others don't and it's very stressful. I have also run across Dan's friends when out for a walk and they want me to stop and talk but, we don't want and feel like we have to be all nice to them and put up with their boring talk until we can find an excuse to get away. I hate lying and I hate liars too but, sometimes you have to do it to get away from some people who are just pests. Dan made the mistake of befriending some Christian dude who likes to talk about himself and you can't hardly get in a word when trying to talk to him and he doesn't listen well anyway so we avoid him now. I can't stand people who act that way and we sometimes catch ourselves doing stuff like that too sometimes but, I think that with us it stems from being ignored as a child and having a need to be heard. Sometimes it's as if nobody hears you or even wants to. But, yeah, we put up with that kind of crap too.
