I think the safest bet is just using the red triangle report button once and once only, otherwise it's doubling up mod's work. I don't think it's necessary to send a mod a pm and press the triangle over the same issue.

There's lots that go on behind the scene that we don't know about. This isn't a "first come first to click the button" gets a response type of thing like when we're ordering meat from a deli
