The only thing that saves me ruminating about the last session too much is that the second I'm walking out of my T's office I start ruminating about what to say next session! I ruminate about that all week.

OK, that's kinda funny because my T recommended that exact book to me a few weeks ago, so I ordered it. Thanks for the reminder to get back to reading it! (I'm maybe 1/8 of the way through--thick book!) Good to know it helped you...
