my T shares an office with another T, and so the stuff is the other T's and not mine. But, she has pillows (godawful ugly) and a blanket. Every week I go in, move the ugliest one out of my way, take the softest and less ugly one and put it in my lap. If it is an okay day, it just stays on my lap. Most of the time, I am curled up in a semi-ball with the pillow covering my face.

My T has mentioned that it is no fun talking to a pillow, but she says it jokingly. I have used the blanket once bc i was freeeezzinng. I felt weird taking it, but once I was all wrapped up I was like "yessss an even better way to hide!"
