I know what you mean here, but being real is a questionable experience for many parts of me, and I didn't know that diagnosing it is a thing. I am going to ask my t about it, because if it can be diagnosed as real then I want to be tested for it because I hate the internal battles that go in inside me about being real and not being real. It will be a huge load off my mind if I am diagnosed as being real and if not, then I can figure out what to do if and when that happens. Being diagnosed (or not) will help me, it will be a good thing either way.
