I’ll just comment my thoughts, if that’s ok.

My counselor moved his office a few months ago. It was a major thing to me.

He was very kind and helped me through it.

It’s a longer distance than the other location and it’s a lot of interstate driving, which I don’t like.

Anyway.

His other location was so welcoming.

Well, except for the parking lot light that kept going out. It made me very nervous going to my car in the dark. He was kind and watched me go to my car when it was out.

His office, at that location, had other office spaces that were not used while I was there.

Sometimes after my session, I didn’t want to go home because of things that we had talked about.

I’m imaging now how nice it would have been to be able to just go into one of those spaces and just close the door. How safe it would have felt for me to just close myself away and just be with me.

His office always feels like a safe place for me, but the question put this in my mind.

My poll answer is “yes” it is a place I want to be. [emoji4]
