Hello everyone,

I’m new to this thread. I was put on a med last Oct 2016 and a year later I’ve put on weight. I take two other meds that put weight on me but I was managing it. Now I’m at 263 and I’m trying to get serious about getting this weight back off. I started back using My Fitness Pal mobile app. Today I went mall walking with my daughters. I used my Apple Watch to log activity. We walked for two hours. My calorie in take was 1,470. I grew up in a southern country cooking family. The meals were comfort foods. I’ve decided to checkout a Weight Watchers cookbook from my local library. If I like many of the recipes I will purchase the book from Barnes and Noble or Amazon.
