Wild Coyote, thanks for posting this. I'm struggling with old stuff bubbling to the surface the last couple of months. There are times I'm afraid it's all going to come exploding out like a volcano erupting.
We are not alone. I talked to my pdoc last week. He told me he is seeing lots of patients struggling with the same thing.
I thought I dealt with all this a long time ago. Now I realize all I did was bury and hope I could forget. I'm trying to find a way to process it and actually heal now.
