Today is exactly 3 years since I saw my T for the first time. And I'm really happy today to think of how far I've come in that time. No longer do I mark (or remember) the date i last saw my former therapist. I have so much more faith, compassion and trust in myself, and I also trust and love my T. I'm so grateful to him.
I sent him a happy therapiversary email, along with a gif of spongebob celebrating. Yay for good therapy.
