O.K. Let's take a closer look at empathy defined as sensitivity to another's suffering. 52 out of a possible 80 is almost a failing score (65%). Now. This speaks positively of the questionnaire when we consider that what you felt for the little frog was more than likely guilt and not empathy by your own description. Assessing what a drowning frog/human might feel we first encounter panic. I surmise that panic would persist to the final moment of acceptance and surrender. Accurate empathy worthy of at least a C without using the questionnaire. The frog felt no pain, it only felt the need to survive.
