I'm so so agitated and irritable. I feel like my body is buzzing is or something? And also I feel like I need to do fifteen hundred jumping jacks. And I can't sleep at all.
I've tried meditating and yoga and going for walks which seems to help in the moment but has no long lasting effect on me.
What do you guys do when your irritable or agitated?
