My hubby turned me onto a great cold reliever and something to help me relax and fall asleep faster. Boiled wine! Yep you heard me right...boiled wine. Take a nice red wine, heat it up with cinnamon and pepper....then sip it. Not only is the aroma and steam from the cup of wine good for you, it really helps to relax you and I almost feel better just thinking about it...LOL.
It has to be made with red wine though....not a port or anything heavy like that....(can you tell i'm not much of a wine drinker?? LOL) but a semi sweet red wine will do best in my opinion. Don't know what kind of wine that would be called....I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to that stuff...lol.
