I think she's definitely got a substance abuse problem, but I was concerned after this last incident, they said there was nothing on her tox screen. I was kinda suprised....I really thought she was on something. So it makes me wonder if there's not additional mental illness on top of the substance problem. I just feel for her. I wish she would let herself get out of scrutiny and get into some place that would help her.
