For example, I had this urge to stab my vein in my hand with one of my pocket knives and rip it open. It was a VERY strong urge. Like, I "have" to do it. It's very, very uncomfortable to resist.

Instead of stabbing myself, I lightly poked the vein with a dull knife as to not make a hole in my skin. But now the urge is returning, stronger than ever. And now I'm visualizing it.

I also have this urge to cut a lock of my hair by my right temple. Just to cut it. And then bruise my cheek in the exposed area by repeatedly hitting it or punching it.
