Going to class is what makes all the difference for me. It's a small class so I know the people there. Just going to a gym and doing my own routine is too yucky. The external motivation and being in a group helps tremendously, although some days it's really hard to put on the brave public face.
I don't think I'd be able to keep it up on my own.
I can't remember if I mentioned it to you, but mood stabilization is an important reason for my exercise efforts. So I try to keep up with the solo efforts at home to prevent feeling even worse. ... And so I don't pass out in class.
