I come from work so usually business casual - khakis and button up shirt. During the summer, I'd change in to shorts and a sports shirt. However, there have been a few times where I've gone in, in my pj's (base layer shirt and dark blue fleece pants). I did the pj's for a reason and not because of unable to change into other clothing due to whatever reason. After my surgeries I typically wore sweatpants.
