I was just thinking about this! I typically have therapy on a day I'm either off or working from home, so I tend to be pretty casual in jeans and a t-shirt... though I do think I tend to stick with shirts without funny graphics or slogans on them.

But last week my work schedule was different and I wore a suit and tie to therapy, which definitely felt different--like I had a much harder time being blatantly vulnerable while dressed more professionally, but also had a somewhat easier time talking about certain things confidently? Not to mention that it felt like something of a reversal, since normally my therapist is dressed noticeably more formally than I am, and this time the tables were turned. It was very odd, but at the same time I think part of me was glad my therapist finally got to see that version of me
