Thank you. I'm already on an anti psychotic (Seroquel). I need to see if a higher dose will work. Although I often know the sounds and voices aren't real, they feel real at the time, keep me from sleeping which means an increase in mania. Paranoia increases too at night. I guess I'll just have to wait and see when a medication increase kicks in.
