I have been out of hospitals to early (by my own pressuring of the staff) and ended back in less than 24 hours.
Other times I have been let out too early and engaged in risky risky behavior and just....it wasn't good.
But I'm surprised your therapist never saw that before. They let ppl out too early all the time unless you are actively saying you are suicidal they don't hold you for much anymore.
See if your PDoc can give you something to help end the episode
