I also recently started rexulti at 0.5 mg and now am at 1 mg... going to 2 mg after a week, but I have got olanzapine too.

I think the hallucinations waking up or falling asleep (hypnagogic) are in a different category than wakeful hallucinations and are less worrisome. I've had these in the past and they really freaked me out because of their power during an altered state of consciousness, worse than a bad dream that I can't shake off.
