Can't even manage to read a story book,paint,study anything or learn anything new(had to give up the desire to learn Spanish),do laundry,cook or keep a pet which I want very much. But I am not giving up hope altogether.

I suggest skipping reading the news online and substitute that with reading part of an easy story book or other easy book of some interest, or online. Just a suggestion. As I can’t take meds at all, and other stuff, there are...
