Thanks bluebicycle. I did ask a doctor who gave me more than the standard 5 minute appointment about seeing an allergist. This doctor referred me to a dermatologist

As I have found the only cream for my face I’m not allergic to through personal research, with the help of Papa Bear

I figured that for now I don’t want to go the dermatologist route

I posted before how a doctor suggested I take oral steroids along with a psych med. No thanks

It might be something I can try though, it’s a good suggestion, an allergist. I’m severely psychically “allergic” to all doctors though
I’m hoping some of this increased anxiety etc is “the time of year”.
I do exercise etc when I can ..
