The thing with ED'S is that they becime a behavior that is much like a habbit & just like habbits they just don't go away without changing the behavior.

Hsve you had success with your T for C-PTSD/borderline? The thing is that most times it is those things that were the beginning underlying cause of the ED in the beginning & until the issues are resolved & the ED behavior changed, it wont JUST go away....or you just get so fed up eith it that you have had enough & stop like some smokers are able to do. Not easy but possible.

So whatever therapy gets to the foundational issues that started your ED will be the T that helps.
