I had a standing time and day for each. It was easier that way for me rather than each week being different. The first one had a memory like a sieve so I doubt she had any clue who she was seeing at anytime without checking her appointment book. I think she once referenced checking the book to see who was scheduled on a day. I did not make a new appointment each week - I would guess she simply wrote it down from week to week or just looked up in surprise at whoever walked through the door. The second one might've been better but I don't know.
