But in the law, if the person can not understand the wrongness for what they are doing, they can't be charged with the crime. Here is a link to an article (about Canada though):
What does 'not criminally responsible' really mean? - Canada - CBC News
Basically, at least here in Canada, if you are found guilty of a crime, but can't be deemed criminally responsible due to mental disorder, then you can be sent to a hospital for treatment, and be given conditions to live in the community. You can be sent to a treatment facility. But this may be for conditions for people with conditions that are treatable with medication. There are some medications to treat aggression in autism. Some APs.
I hope this helps a bit.

Thanks for this information. He just walk up and hit anyone who is in site or try to kiss inappropriate but everyone is he being affecting when what he is doing is consider rape or attempt rape. They said that he doesn't understand what he is doing. But someone had to have done to him because he wouldn't know anything about how to have sex. Yet he ask inappropriate question and he threaten to kill someone.
In some state in american they can be held accountable for the action or their legal guardian can held accountable. Depending on who the judge is to whether or not they decide to do anything to the person commit the crime here in my home state.
