Like I said before: everybody is different and reacts to med in different ways. Lexapro can trigger manic episodes but 10mg is a small dose too. Now Klonopin can make your mind fogged but IMHO it wouldn't cause any "high" or "hyper"sensations, most likely the opposite. You should really be asking your doctor. Your doses of Lamictal and Lexapro are too small to have any significant effect. Most likely you're going through a hypo episode and the meds are not helping, because they're small doses.
