I do this a lot and it runs in my family. I also release too much info about myself because I'm painfully honest and have an inner need to explain myself and to do it in great detail. Me and some of my other personalities are this way in different ways too. Things that I refuse to talk about they will talk about with some people and vice versa. I'm not 100% certain if it is a condition or just a little quirk that some people have. You could ask a doctor or therapist if you really are worried about it and anyone who scolds you for it needs to be reminded that it is something that you can't help and that they should be more considerate of your feelings instead of getting upset every time you make a mistake even if it is somewhat often.
I've been there too. My dad aggrivated me with that "think" crap untill I felt stressed and depressed and he finally quit. I also do have symptoms of ADD and have all through childhood but, I haven't done any heavy research on ADHD so I'm not sure about that. Even so that doesn't necessarily mean that that has anything to do with it but, sure, it could. I would just ask a psychiatrist or therapist and maybe even read some books on ADD/ADHD.
