I'll almost certainly be more active in threads over the next day, while I mind the Christmas Party thread.

The self-forced activity might help my feelings. Hopefully. I've psyched myself up for this.

Sending calming wishes to Bjørnen who's away from his usual supports for awhile. You've said you have been doing better this year. I hope being able to check in here might provide a touchstone for you.
