Are non surgical facelifts worth the money we spend on it?

My wife's behind to me get a non surgical facelift from this place in Richmond Hill Non-Surgical Facelift Treatments Richmond Hill | Centre for Dermatology.

I basically don't want my wife to do this coz I feel its just a waste of money. Can someone tell me how to convince my wife?
