Waste of money. A temporary solution at best. But this is just my opinion. I've friends who've had them and they have that deer-caught-in-the-headlights-look-of-surprise which is shocking not attractive.

Better yet, be supportive instead of your wife's transition as she ages. Be understanding of such changes particularly as they relate to her appearance.

I am more concerned about why she feels such tactics are necessary and wonder what messages in her life are leading her to fret over her changing appearance. This is what must be dealt with and is far more important than such procedures. Imagine how much harder it will be on her when/if the 'fix' begins to reverse.

Instead be loving and caring of her letting her know she is fabulous just the way she is. Be a cheerleader and encourage her to embrace ageing rather than confirm in her mind the horror she is evidently feeling. Help her to challenge those false ideals our culture seems to value.
