all that talk about christmas, all that planning, all that stress, over for another year

their's something I don't get (and perhaps you can help me out with this one)

why is christmas so short lived?

I mean for me, I didn't even get any gifts- so for me it's a case of having a meal, listening to christmas music and putting up a few decorations

but regardless of what you do, why is it over so soon?

it just seems really really sad

you talk about it and plan it for months and months

and then, in the space of a few hours, it's all over

and everything is back to normal
