Oh my gosh, I’ve SEEN one in real life. My old boyfriend’s neighbor was a bit eccentric. I had heard about this toilet and got to see it one day when he invited us over to look at the work he’d done in the basement.

Oh my gosh. He had knocked down all of the walls inside his house. Al of them!! He said he wanted to change the configuration, but it had been years and he was just not getting to it. Anyway, he wanted to work on the basement.

So there it was—a toilet just sitting out in the middle of the house!

He said his girlfriend never comes over, LOL
