I’m going through the exact same thing. It’s not med related though but it’s from depression. It’s like I have this gut feeling so bad that it makes me sick. Feeling like that flame is burned out. Then the next day I’m in love again. You’re not alone there. Not sure if it’s from your meds or if you’re depressed but I hope you feel better and get true realization in your relationship. ((Hugs))
