Well, thank you everyone who dropped in and participated. I hope it helped lift a few spirits or at least pass a little time pleasantly for anyone reading.

I called it the Christmas Party thread because it centered on Christmas Day, which results in some people being alone. But I imagine people will keep chatting throughout the rest of what's a holiday period for many people. I may not be around all the time, but I'll poke my head in periodically to be a nuisance.
