I don't know about your particular autoimmune disease. I do know a friend who was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. When she complained to her doctor about developing psych problems, he told her it was apart of the disease. Once she got solid on her new diet & meds it resolved. Sorry to hear you are having such problems.
