Minus 28 F?!!! Aiiieee! A couple of years ago, i told my t that i had a 0 to 100 degree F range, outside that i would cancel any appointments. As i get older, that range is decreasing, now its 10 to 90, "real feel", i.e. including windchill or heat index. 20 to 85 is not far behind!
