It has been a while since I posted!

Between Christmas and letting my arm rest, I didn't do any workouts on the 25th, 26th or 27th.
Today I just finished a cardio and abs routine. It had 2 rounds of 7 groups of exercises, but I only did one round. It was more than enough to get me sweating, which in -40C weather is impressive.

28 minutes total including the warm up and cool down.
It feels great to be working out again, forgot how much it helped with my mood. I may do a light routine later today, depending on how I feel.
