They say "sharing your story and owning it" is the first step to the healing process...or so I've heard it said that way. I've never shared all of this stuff and of course there is much more I've seen and dealt with but this post gives people the just of it in a smaller much less condensed version. My grandchildren give me more joy than anything on this earth and I love every moment I get to spend with them.
