Getting desperate to get through to yourself and still "unimpressed"? What would it take?

You are all the characters in your dreams, since they're your dreams; including the guy who lost "both his arms and legs, he didn't seem too upset. . .a little weirded out".

You have to let some of the anxiety out, tell your T how anxious you are, allow yourself to be anxious?

I'd say that or the opposite. I use to have bizarre dreams so I could function each day relatively normally :-) It all has to come out somewhere, we can't hold it in.

I think you hit the nail on the head on that one. I know some where deep down inside that I do have some issues, but at the same time, there is that doubt that I don't really have anything wrong, and that I'm just making this stuff up to get attention because I'm selfish. It's really hard to break that doubt that I'm just being selfish because just about every day I'm being told that I am self-centered, indirectly or not, by my older brother. (and once my dad was really mad at me on new years because I wouldn't let anybody use my computer, and he said something along the lines of "I can't believe I raised you to be so selfish")

I wish I could talk to my T, but I don't have one. We made plans about getting me one since about... late november, when I told my mom that I was depressed...but I think they just forgot about it.
