Honestly what helps me the most is my CPAP. I read an article that said there is a correlation between Bipolar and sleep apnea. Do you stay asleep once you fall asleep? If not, maybe a sleep study would be helpful.
To fall asleep I use clonazepam. The only bummer is that I find that it has a window: if I take it but then wait an hour or two before I get in bed it's worn off. I have to take it right when I get in bed.
