Coco, I think you're doing pretty good with walking, for what its worth. I'm sorry your meds keep you tired. At the same time, its good they keep you stable / mentally healthy. I struggle with medication side effects too. I'm glad the B-12 complex helps! I wondered about that before. And vitamin d, and Omega-3. I've heard they all help for mood.
