Um.... one thing you can check.... as it happened to my notebook keyboard.. well the space bar....<font color="blue">
Lift it. Gently. It's on metal swing holders, and underneath is a small maybe white piece of rubber shaped in a cone or such... Make sure it is not collapsed, and is in the right place (you can see the placement area, usually in the middle... if there are 2, then one near each end.) It's a pressure sensitive item.
IIf you pound on the keyboard keys, rather than a light touch, it's quite easy to damage the pressure sensitive keys. (Another reason I recommend learning touch typing!) My physical therapist...well let's just say I'm hard of hearing yet I can hear him typing on his...and he has trouble with his keyboard too, yet it's a year newer than mine. Lift your wrists and you will not only save your wrists, but the touch will be lighter. Can you check also to see if there is a pressure adjustment on your computer... in the programming? I know I have this for my touch pad...
And worse comes to worse, buy a voice program LOL But you still have to have patience to train THAT.
PS I had to work through therapy for anger management (throwing things) before I bought my notebook! LOL It would be too easy to toss $3500 out the window!
If you are still returning and replacing your laptops, make sure you are receiving NEW and not refurbished.
