I weigh 178 today. So far, I had scrambled egggs with chorizo, and a large yogurt fruit smoothie. I will eat a large hotdog with refried beans for lunch, and spaghetti for dinner. Yesterday I had made Mexican Tres Leches cake which BTW is easy to make. I gave away half of it to my ex in my attempt to keep me from gaining weight due to this cake.
By the way. it is nice that on the myfitnesspal website I am able to enter all the ingredients that makes up this cake to come up with the nutritional information which includes total calories. I then estimated ten servings per cake to calculate the calories this dessert will cost me per serving. This beats guessing. I can then add this as a searchable food item, even publishing this to others on the website for their use. The
