I take 2mg of klonopin & 30mg of temazepam, but still can't keep a regular sleep schedule due to my episodes. Sometimes I get 2 hours sleep, & others I get 12 hours. It's f*cked up.

Basic sleep hygiene includes a regular bedtime and wake-up time.
It becomes a habit eventually. (In most cases.)
