Sorry you are feeling so lonely. I have been too. This holiday period has been a very triggering time for me and me and my alters are trying our best to remember to work together and look out for each other.
Can you take Forest Jacq and Lizzie figuratively by the hand and go to the window to see if you can see any fireworks? Maybe snuggle down with them to watch a movie with some popcorn or read stories together? Maybe they don't need to be lonely if you are all there together?
