I'm on it; it's fine. Insurance won't cover it, though, so I'm stuck using samples.

I don't have an insatiable hunger on it, nor have I gained weight. In fact, I can't think of any side effects at all, except maybe a little constipation, but that's a hell of a lot better than the Seroquel side effects I had prior to that. Seroquel was a nightmare.
