I'm happy to hear that the holistic approach has worked for you. Personally, I'd be terrified of going into mania. I stopped taking Abilify in January or February of 2011 and by March I was hospitalized for psychotic mania, and had two more hospital stays after being discharged from the first hospital. It wasn't until August 2011 that I finally felt stable and like myself again. I wish you the best, though, and hope this trend continues for you.
