Apparently I get psychosis outside of mood episodes.

I'm 26, so I'm "young" to develop it?

I usually just get voices, sounds, paranoia, and visual stuff. Rarely delusions.

Examples: I've heard an iPhone ringing for 40 mins straight. I've had a lady and a man conversing with each other, where the man was in my right ear and the lady was in my left ear, and they made fun of me. I've also seen flashing lights and things like kids running across the road.
