Members who have someone on their ignore list should contact a moderator or administrator to start the thread for them.
We don't want redundant or duplicate threads just because the ignore tool is being used by a member. Thank you.

If this is the case then it should be added to the community guidelines. Otherwise how is anyone supposed to know about a rule?
