I experience that challenge myself and it's hard to deal with because if you struggle with complex PTSD, the one thing that can be triggering is when another person disrespects your boundaries.

My guess is that when you get your home organized and clean you gain a sense of control and you feel good when it's all neat and tidy and clean. If you live with a person who's presence disrupts that and leaves their stuff all over the place it can most definitely take away from what's important to YOU where you can enjoy that sense of control you have accomplished by being organized and clean.
